Mgr. Ing. John A. Gealfow, Ph.D. AttorneyJohn graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in 2016, during his studies he interned at the Constitutional Court and attended a study stay at the University of Illinois (John Marshall Law School) in Chicago. In the early years of his practice he worked as an analyst at the Supreme Court. He passed the bar exam in 2021. In 2024, he defended his dissertation on the principle of legal certainty and its role in the rule of law at the Masaryk University Faculty of Law. As part of his doctoral studies, he completed three five-month stay at the École de droit de la Sorbonne in Paris, where he studied comparative law.
