Mgr. Martin F. Duraj Attorney

Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, where he has been working as an internal PhD student at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law since 2019. Martin is currently completing his studies in Finance, Accounting and Tax at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University. Since 2020, Martin had been judicial assistant of the civil section of the district court and passed the judicial exam in 2022. Martin has been an attorney since 2023. His main areas of specialization, also with regard to his studies, are administrative law, tax law, civil law and insolvency.
